NORMAN — OU men’s basketball went undefeated in nonconference play and is one of three perfect teams remaining nationally.
The No. 10 Sooners (13-0) open their SEC slate against Alabama on the road on Saturday. After being the last team omitted from the field last season, Oklahoma appears poised to make the NCAA Tournament.
The criteria the selection committee takes into account includes adjusted net efficiency, common opponents, conference championships, head-to-head results, rating percentage index, record, strength of schedule and team value index.
