Dušan Vlahović put Thiago Motta’s side ahead shortly before the half-hour mark with a sweeping finish after being teed up by Kenan Yıldız.
The Bianconeri doubled their lead heading into the interval when Nicolò Savona marked his full debut by meeting Samuel Mbangula’s cross with a looping header.
Vlahović completed his brace early in the second half from the penalty spot after Mbangula’s surging run into the box was cut short by a foul from Jackson Tchatchoua.
Juve head into Sunday’s clash with Roma holding a two-point cushion over defending champions Inter at the summit after their opening two matches.
